VINTA Learning, Teaching & Open Educational Resources (OERs)

This resource area develops practical vocational learning and teaching materials tailored to the drinks industry. These include technical learning, leadership development, business skills and career progression support, designed for women at different stages of their careers. Resources are created for both learners and educators and are aligned with vocational education and training needs. A central element is the digital learning hub, which provides flexible online access to courses, learning pathways and open educational resources.

Industry & Employer DEI Learning Toolkit

This resource supports employers and industry stakeholders to create more inclusive workplaces. It provides practical tools to help review recruitment, progression and workplace practices across the drinks sector. The toolkit includes guidance, templates, case examples and adaptable tools that can be used by organisations of different sizes. Its aim is to support employers to recognise talent, improve retention and create clearer pathways into technical and leadership roles.
